SACHS, AMY MARIE, (nee ACKERBAUER), 54, of Newton, NJ formerly of Cobleskill, NY died peacefully with her loving daughters and sister by her side on Saturday, June 1, 2024. She was born on September 20, 1969, and was the daughter of Rich and Mary Ackerbauer of Cobleskill. Amy graduated from Cobleskill High School in 1987. For a brief time, Amy was a hair stylist in the Cobleskill area. Amy was predeceased by her father, Richard Ackerbauer Jr of Cobleskill, and partner; Larry Seville of Ramsey NJ. Amy is survived by her daughters, Natasha Sachs of Troy, Marina Sachs of Amsterdam, her mother Mary Ackerbauer of Cobleskill, her siblings Richard Ackerbauer III (Jennifer) of Cobleskill, Kimberly Ross of Rotterdam, as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
