DIOUB, GEORGE, 88, of Paterson died on Saturday, March 2, 2019. He was a loving husband to Afaf Dayoub, wonderful father of three. Maha Dayoub Gabriel,wife of Michel Gabriel, Mouheb Dayoub, husband to Norma Hneno ,Mouin Dayoub, husband to Jina Abdulahad . Amazing grandfather to six grandchildren, Mayla Gabriel Sabeh wife to Alan Sabeh , Miriam Gabriel, Gorge Dayoub, Miriam Dayoub, George Dayoub, Joud Dayoub. Loving great grandfather to Houda, Lani,
George was a noble man who was proud of his family, culture, and religion. He was extremely outgoing sociable and loved being around friends, family and all people. He Lived as a Christian by the word of Jesus our lord.
He was always well dressed and put together and took pride in his appearance and image, both physically and socially. He made sure his children attended the best schools in Syria and provided the best life for his family by working diligently as an accountant. His motto was live the best life to the fullest. He always had a smile on his face and loved to be in the company of others. He enjoyed playing cards with his friends and believed he was a lucky man!
Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, March 6 from 5:00-9:00 PM at Saint Ann Melkite Catholic Church, 802 Rifle Camp Road, Woodland Park, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 AM at the church. Interment will follow at St. Peter’s Greek Catholic Cemetery, Garfield.
