Joan Courtney

COURTNEY, JOAN KANE, age 85, a resident of Manhattan, is survived by her son William M. Courtney, grandchildren India, Will and Jack, and her younger sister Virginia Murphy. Joan was preceded in death by her late husband William H Courtney and daughter Jean Elizabeth Courtney. In accordance with Joan's wishes, she will be cremated and later interred next to her loving husband and daughter at Gate of Heaven Cemetary, Hawthorne, New York. Joan spent her later years traveling with her husband and enjoying the company of her three grandchildren.

A memorial celebration will be announced in the immediate future for family and close friends.
