Robert "Bob" A. Sichler

SICHLER, ROBERT A. "BOB", 76, of Wayne died peacefully on Friday, March 17, 2023. Beloved son of the late George (1999) and Ann Sichler (2003). Bob was extremely shy, however, had a very dry sense of humor and was a pleasure to call a friend. He became a fixture at his friends Joe's home almost every Sunday for dinner, along with several of his other friends. Bob graduated from Wayne Hills High School, Wayne. He began his retail career at Quackenbush, which was later acquired by Stern Brothers. He continued to work in the retail sector with Stern’s, which was later purchased by Federated Stores and Macy’s. In addition to his full-time occupation at Macy’s, he also worked part-time as a shoe salesman for Flagg Brothers shoes located at the Willowbrook Mall, Wayne. Bob was a genuinely nice, good-natured person and very trusting of other people. A Graveside Funeral Service and Burial will be held on Friday, March 24th at 1:30 PM at Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes.
